Also when you go riding take either spare contacts with you or your glasses. Just in case you do loose one or both.

yes i definetly always bring my glasses when out on the water. I was big into wakeboarding for a few years and always had problems with the wind/water. Id start out with them in and 20min later was throwing them out.

I found I do pretty well not-losing them if I close my eyes when I hit the water. The only time I've lost a pair I face planted so fast I didn't have time to close my eyes and both of the contacts shot out.
But Yeah, Like the other guys said, you might have to re-adjust them once in a while but usually they don't cause much for problems.
