Anybody doit and with what results?
It helps me. Had high bp since 17, genes, and diet. In my 20's, riding skis just about eliminated it since I rode 3-5 times a week. In highschool football & weight lifting helped too. Seems that sweating & regular exercise is the best meds for my high BP, & my keeping my weight down.
But these days, too much work & too much wrenching means less ride time. So I have to take the little pill. But I also check my bp @ home daily too & keep it under control. And I gotta eat better as it just doesn't burn off like it used to.
