SX/SXi/SXi Pro Ride plate fitment?

I bought a stock sx plate for my 02 sxi pro and it fit just fine. Just my .02 but Ive tried 4 setups now. all with tubbie II, R&D grate, 2" carbon fiber hull extensions(4" was too much for freestyle but with the R&D plate it turned like it was on rails)
stock plate. ok but needed more
stock plate with d-cut. Great for jumping but no cornering traction
works extended plate with d-cut. TERRIBLE, way too much nose pressure, would do 360 spins on accident
R&D extended. best one yet, great for jumping and hooks enough to turn on a dime but will still slide if wanted

Thats funny, I specifically remember removing a Worx extended rideplate from a 92 750sx to try on my SXR and it did not fit, while on another occasion I purchased a SXI Pro plate and it fit fine on my SXR.

I guess the guy I bought my stocker from was wrong, it was off ebay so you never know what you get till it gets there. I must have gotten lucky :)

i ordered a worx extended and it fit, but the screw holes did not line up. drill press needed to fit

Did you like it? I hated mine, felt like it was diving the whole time I rode it. I did have 4" extentions on it at the time though. I couldnt go above 2/3 throttle without loosing it and cornering was sketchy to say the least, took it off after a 5 minute ride..,

Just to confirm, 750SX/SXI 92-97 all same, but 98 up SXI-PRO and SXR have a different bolt pattern. Other than the bolt pattern, they appear to be identical. I have a SXR shredmaster plate on my '96 SXI, but I had to fill and redrill it.

I'm looking for a new ride plate for my '98 SX as it's porposing fairly badly, especially when giving it full throttle (really frustrating!). I was looking at the WORX extended with 'D' http://www.blowsion.com/products/323-worx-ride-plate-freestyle-kawasaki-sxi.aspx as they claim this will fix the porposing issue, however sxipro02 you say that it really sux? Could this be a weight issue? Im fairly heavy around 90-95kg, do you think I may find the WORX plate a bit different given the exta kg's?

Im about 77kg, I just didnt like the about of nose pressure it caused. I would look at the R&D extended plate, I think its 110mm. I would try that first. You can also put washers between the plate and the hull to space the rear down to increase nose pressure and not sacrifice turning traction, That was my main issue with that plate. It would slide out super easy and wouldnt jump for crap. Also look into a pump wedge, if installed with the fat side up it will lower the thrust angle and force the nose down. I put mine in backwards this year to raise the nose. I found as my skill level increases porposing is less of a issue and actually like the lighter feel.
