1. how do you fill your tank
2. how do you relocate the filler neck from the front to the back of the ski/tank
3. i wont to keep the on /off /reserve set-up

picturs would be good

I had the same questions, majority of results said internal fill was a PITA, unless you like to look under your hood to check on everything alot.

Basically, you cut a hold on the left side of the tank and screw your stock filler onto the tank directly so you have the cap inside the engine compartment. You have to block off the original filler hole in the front of the tank.

i just searched this out the other night, and i had one question that never seemed to be answered.

does everyone use a sealant of some type?
what is safe to use that gas wont eat up and clog the fuel system with?

i know sflsurfrider had big problems using 5200.... he wound up cleaning it out of his fuel lines and carbs a bunch of times...

Is a brand new gasket for the filler neck the only answer?

Let me help you here these Superjet guys know nothing about 650SX's,take your stock cap and screw it onto your tank where the pickup is,now you will need to make a new pickup to go into the front of the tank. Also a front carb plate off any SBN mikuni carb makes a nice filler plate for the stock filler hole just add some silicone and use the screws you took out of the plastic neck to hold the plate down.I know you have serious fab skills so this one should be a breeze for you here is a pic of one JSS sells. You can show your appreciation by making me one as well,J/K LOL

That is a nice set up but I like the front just plain old blocked off and leak proof.

Just the stock gasket is all you really need.

Here is a pic of my (I ain't paying JSS no buck twenty) front pickup, its the stock pickup off a 91 or older Seadoo, pick a model they are all the same, you have to cut a piece of hose from the stock setup install it inside the Seadoo setup and press it on,remove the plastic pickup tubes, install stainless ones made from brake likes, add fuel line and fuel clunks and enjoy, use the money you saved to buy beer.

Hell no on the silicone.

I like 2 licks cuz you could just leave kinda long fuel lines back there and maybe set the tank on the ground still connected to the carbs. But that would be kinda long fuel line.

I still say hose clamp and rubber cap=pretty leak proof. And then new OEM gasket on OEM cap set up.
