Reline OEM Yamaha Wear Ring?

Can the OEM Yamaha Wear rings be relined? They must press in the stainless one, surely it must come out.

If not, anybody have a good 144mm wear ring kicking around? Preferably something with a replaceable wear ring.

Yes they can. Dave at Impros does them, as I am sure other companies can also.

I have heard that is one thing you just don't want to have re done though. Buy OEM or count on it not lasting as long

This unit I have right now looks perfect and still looks new but it is still NFG!!

I have had 2 OEM ones fail due to corrosion between the housing and liner. I haven't run the replacements long enough to know what the best way to go is but I was thinking that getting away from the aluminum and stainless mix was a bonus.
