Yeah thats for sure. Now I see why people say they go with the mod pipe just for the fact that it fits better.

The MOD pop has to be modded too I ahve one of ea. and I had to dent the "F" out of the blaster mod to keep it off hull and tank. Once you got though ur done.

i would get a piece of aluminum sheet metal and glue turf to it and gluethe sheet metal side to the rail and bend it around the rail.

I noticed when I bought my SJ there was what appeared to be a hole that was repaired right where the b pipe would have rubbed, sure enough when I asked him about it he said it was from the pipe rubbing but who knows, definitely seems crazy that it rubbed through the hull.

I wasn't talking about the mod blaster chamber. I was talking about the mod sj chamber.

get a 2x4 and a hammer, plate 2x4 on pipe where it rubs, nock the living crap out of it......... FPP even says that you may need to do this.

i also use little bits of turf wherever things run...btween the tank and batt box, pipe and tank etc etc...
