I remember that someone couldn't register last year because he didn't have a hin plate on his ski. He had one made at a local trophy shop at daytona and then they let him ride.

i got lucky, i had a guy that really didnt care and registered it , didnt check anything of moine besides lifejacket and helmet ha ha

I guess I got lucky too. The graphics guy had screwed up my numbers too so those weren't even right. I fixed the numbers but still don't have a HIN plate mounted. I will probably mount it under the hood somewhere.

To be honest, I've not ridden in Daytona (except for the Freeride) since the early 1990's!
