Ya, the only thing I'm worried about is planing afterward and having basically 2 planing surfaces. One between where the front rocker stops and where the rear rocker starts, and where the rear rocker starts and the rear of the ski. I'd hate to have a teeter totter effect on that transitional spot at high speeds, low speed, it would be plowing enough to not matter. My ride plate will only be 10" long with my SXR -3 cut.
Basically, there is 35" of front rocker, 40" of flat area, and 10" of rear rocker. I'm just so unsure of how it would handle with just the rear 10" of hull rockered. At least with the outside rockered like that SN, it has the same planing surface on the same plane as the flat, with some outside rocker. Maybe this is best of both worlds without being able to rocker the entire back of the ski from the end of the front rocker to the rear of the ski.
