Soo about 3 weeks ago i blew up my 701 and I was ok with it because like we all know it makes me now build a better motor.

Motor is buitl and returned to the hull with freshie motor mounts.

Last week: Barrell roll in the surf goes bad and my feet go out the tray and I bail...who knows hows the ski landed but when i hit the start button the most HORRIFIC noise.

Snapped a couple on motor side, gernaded the coupler cover, exploded a bilge pump, hole in the liner of the hood and wiped two of the new mounts.

24hrs later: motors back in with all new parts....lets go
surf is 2-4 and crappy and its pouring but its the weekend and me and a buddy head out. First wave I air and land smooth..right into the next BIG NOSE STAB ...

Yea i know and i just keep $500 bucks in the bilge so this way i truly am dumping the money in....It was funny cuz i snapped the coupler soo i went to grab my FX-1 off the trailer and the stop/start switch was bad

Keep going. Just working out the weak links in the boat. I am just starting to barrel roll and now things seem to be breaking...hahaha

I know...just hard to enjoy our short summer here always having to wrench at the beach while the rest of the guys enjoy it
