well i thought i would give an update. i have been riding it for a few weeks and i can say i really couldnt be happier for now. so far everything has stayed intact and worked real smooth. i am a little fat in my jetting, but im ok with that for the time being. i know there is more power to be had with the right jet setup, but honestly for now i have all the power i can handle. coming form a kawi background i never understood the SJ thing, i do now!! this thing hits like a ton of bricks.
the last pic is addict throwing a stab on my ski. if my camera didnt suck i could get some pics without a 5 second pause. hard to get action shots that way.

Nice writeup, glad to see you have been out on the ski a few times already. I can't wait to start modding mine.
a little update, ive been riding the hell out of this ski and i must say i freaking love it!!
Ive got to thank accbr for all the hull work. it has definitely taken some punishment both surf and flatwater and shows no signs of stress except the hood and it was all stock still.
My slutty hood should be in this week and hopefully painted this weekend. ive also added a couple more goodies, the msd charging flywheel and the invert tech steering setup. both of these where great bolt on mods that really woke the ski up. if you have a chance i highly recomend both.
Dubs Chops is also sending me new reg decals for the hood. and i added the stainless battery tray that the penguin worked up. i will post pics of these after paint.

thank you, i ride as much as i can afford right now. if i could i would everyday. Im out at least 3-4 times a week and usually burn a tank or 2 each trip.

RU serious!!!! Dayum. I haven't had a good ride since May 27th (big waves solo) . The week after that dave and i went out and i lost the bolts to my cone...but saved the cone. Haven't so much as gotten the bolts yet. :thinking:

i think i have finally got it dialed in about as good as its going to get. its ripping my arms off now!! and crab i promise this time the throttle bracket wont break lol and face plant you in a wave again.that sucks about loosing bolts. and get your butt down here and ride!! you better not ghost it around here, its all rocks.
