here are a few updated pics i will be getting this all together soon. i have just about all of the parts needed now. i do still have a couple of stupid questions i cant seem to find answers to.

1. i got a wave raider start/stop switch, my problem is the wires are about 2 1/2 feet long way to short. i dont know if there is supposed to be another pair of wires that join these 2 to the ebox? or if i can just lengthen them to work.

2. what are the pump bolt spec's? mounting bolts to hull.

3.what do you guys to to plug the ebox were the temp sensor used to be?

1. just extend them, be sure to solder/heat shrink your connections.

2. tight, I used my regular 6" ratchet and just crank them down.

3. I assume you're talking about the holes the wires went through---just cut 2 wires, stick them in the holes and put it back together.

ACCBR on here is who i got the hull from and he did most of the dirty work.

Dirty work is right. The previous owner had cracked the tray on the sides, and fixed it with angle aluminum and screws. :afro: The foam was soaked. I completely refoamed the ski, and glassed the tray and footholds in after I installed the one way and scupper.

I was gonna paint the ski when I had it, but just had a friend cut the vinyl for me. It still had the pink, purple, and yellow graphics when I bought it. He could've printed whatever I wanted or wrapped the whole ski. I was just more concerned with function than fashion.

You should've had that thing done by now. It was warm enough to ride this weekend. :pokey:

The pump bolts are M10x1.25 by 30-40mm, I still need to send you the carb return jet, if you still need a E-box grommet I'm shure I have one. Commin along good.

ok i was trying to get my pump together last night, and well the impeller is very tight in the wear ring. i think i read its supposed to have a 0.06 clearance? also this is a might as well be new prop and i didn't notice any swelling of the wear ring. so what do i need to do to fit the clearance, can i sand, polish the wear ring to fit or is there some other trick im not aware of?

Getting Close........

i got the final engine assembly finished tonight thanks to chic:Flush:!! got everything pulled through the pole and set it in for a test fit. i need to trim the f/a some more to clear this head and get a new carb gasket, the one i had must be for the 760 or dual 44's the spread is to wide for my 38's. didnt really look at it until tonight just put it in the pile:banghead: i knew better :hitwithrock:
i did get my X badges on, courtesy of an inebriated jett one night in daytona!
