well I sanded and cleaned the area and tried Petes plastic weld stuff. Seems to be in there good!

I just have mine bungeed in with some hydro turf around it to keep it from bangin around.

i put two large zip ties around the body of the bilge pump... one low and one high. then I take another large zip tie and put it through the two zip ties and route it around the bulkhead fitting on the battery side of the ski. Then i take another large zip tie and route that one around the upright where the coupler cover bolts too. once they are in place you can pull them pretty snug and the bilge pump will not move at all... not back and forth, side to side or up and down. I've had mine set up this was since 2002 and it has never broken free.
