Quick padding/turf question

I got a stock fx1 yesterday and the purple is killing me but i really dont want to undertake another turf project. Does anywhere sell the padding on the sides and nose bumper and other trim in black? I have enough turf to do the very bottom of the tray but thats it. Also are the rail caps easier to install or should i just turf it or dont bother?

Basically, how can i get rid of the purple real quick so i can ride asap.

Part of the issue is the turf feels terrible and i ride barefoot. Plus its not just purple, its faded purple
I cant ride this week anyways because of work so i was hoping to find a quick solution.

just do the bottom with new turf and thick padding. and leave the purple pleather sides...

don't think you'll find a nose piece in black.

leave the sides and nose purple until winter.

if you ride barefoot maybe you want to take a look at the gator grip stuff? heard its quite a bit softer than turf. might be more comfy for a barefoot rider?

hydro-turf sells precut turf for that ski and fits well...i have a nice blue paint and bluemarble turf and looks sick i get compliments all the time on my FX1

Has anyone tried a vinyl dye that comes in a spray can? Summit racing has them for like $9 a can and i could just paint everything except the bottom.

Umm, how do the side gunwale pads come off? The bumpers all look bolted on so i could remove them and have them painted up real quick, but im not sure about the sides. IF i can get it all on and off easily ill dyr it black and replace the bottom padding with my leftover black turf.

Ok i found out that the rail caps are riveted in so i dont want to remove them unless i have a solution. Does anywhere sell them in black?? or can i just staple black vinyl in place of the purple? also will paint stick to the rubber bumpers?

sorry for so many posts in a row but im trying to get a quick solution before its time to ride. The bottom pad NEEDS replacing, the rest i just want to match the black turf i have
