Quick Impeller removal Question.

When i took off my stock alum. impeller there was a rubber washer on the inside of it (thread side).
Do i re-use it with a skat trak or leave it off,
No directions in box!
And 2 nose cone boots,one longer than the other and both fit
do i go with the long or short one:banghead:

Waddda do with the spacer use it or lose it.

I don't remember any sort of spacer/washer when I removed my stock impeller.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would imagine that if there is any type of washer or spacer that you are talking about, it is there to reduce cavitation. I might recommend re-using it. But like I stated previously, I have never taken off a yamaha impellar.
