I thought this may help...

Word up on web sites that you can order parts and what people think about the serveice, price, and discounts offered to members(AWA, X-H2o, PWCT).

I hope this doesn't upset any sponsors, i know it would of sent other web site owners on a rampage.

My experience:

www.atlanticjetsports.com
- Service. Very good. Fast shipment, Knowledgble staff, given discount on occasion.
- Price. Average.
- Discounts. None that I'm aware of. Just by luck?

www.parkeryamaha.com
- Service. Poor. Will hold shipment for B/O parts. No Notification!
- Price. Better then average.
- Discounts. None that I'm aware of.

www.hlsm.com
- Service. unknown
- Price. High.
- Discounts. None that I'm aware of.

www.rivayamaha.com
- Service Good. Fast shipment.
- Price Average.
- Discounts. None that I'm aware of.

www.247innovations.com

Speak up ,don't kiss azz
Riva Yamaha has terrible service man ,I've ordered from them numerous times and every time there was a problem with no notification for me.

Parts held waiting for B/O parts or no order at all .They shipped the wrong parts one time and I think their prices are high too .
I know some other peeps have had similar service from them .

BIG THUMBS DOWN FOR RIVA YAMAHA :frown:

How about Blowsion ,they rock:arms:

Ditto.

Needed a new Skat impeller removal tool, so I ordered directly from Skat. Not ony was it $12 vs $16 (Riva), I know I will get it before May.

So where is a good place for microfische yamaha parts?

BTW I dont think HLSM is in the parts business at all any more.
They were like 5 yrs ago, but now all they do is provide the microfisce service to other dealers like ronnies. Too bad, they had great prices back then.

Blowsion has fast shipping and knowledgable pepes. No discount that I know of. Ordering is a breeze.

24-7 is very busy but still has some of the best foot holds and quality products I have ever seen. No discount. Ordering is a breeze.

Pro Tec answers there phones and talks to anyone anytime. Great for Domes and machining work. No discount. There site is kinda crazy packed but ordering on the phone seems easy.

Hydroturf has fast shipping and offers PWCToday/X-H20 (I hope and assume) discount. Plus they heavily support the sport.

Is there even a need to mention Mr. Paul Lehr.:hail: No ordering online but he takes paypal and returns calls and emails ASAP.

my experience with Riva is pretty good.
Shipping - crazy fast, if I order by 3ish I get the parts the next day with regular shipping (I live in Tampa)
Customer service - good if you call them. if there is a BO you won't know and they won't ship the rest of your order.

I have had horrible expierences with Blowsion. I think it is on a person by person basis. Granted some stores have better service, but I, along with a couple other friends, have had poor expieriences with Blowsion. They make great and innovative products, but If I can get it somewhere else, I will.
In addition, I have had only good experiences with Riva. So....????

I have had nothing but great experiences from Jr. Magoo's & Wamiltons. :arms: So-so experiences with Riva.

Had decals cut by Ollie Rastabean and also by Abe @ Northgraphics. Both have fast turn around time, superior quality work, and are just great to deal with.

I have had good experiences with riva as well.

Blowsion is very good about getting parts out on time and there prices are competive. but like ndh5 said, you can never just buy what you need. I always find myself with much more stuff ordered than i intended.

I havent done much business with paul yet. but so far he has answered all my e-mails very fast and i have heard nothing but good things about him.

so I needed a few parts for my squarenose project and decided to price them both at DGY and Riva... I placed my order with DGY... they were a full 15% cheaper than Riva for the same OEM parts. Thanks for putting them on this thread T-bone.
