I am glad I used the polystyrene and put drains in my hull! I pulled the drains today and after only riding one season about 2 cups of water came out of the left side and about a 1/4 cup from the exhaust side. I 5200ed EVERYTHING and it still happened. I do have to say that it was samped twice last year and sat outside for awhile and had a couple inches of water in the bilge for a couple days (still dont really know hay that happened).

Mine was the same, really glad i installed the drains and the styrofoam. Now I'm thinking of installing the versa plugs, if I see much water intrusion.

I must have some massive cracks in the tray. The bottom deck is tight, so are the cooling lines and inserts.

It seems near impossible to completely seal that area. But 2 & 1/4 cups of water is NOTHING in a season. there is generally more than that in the bildge area at most times when riding. That ia a battle not worth fighting IMO.
I used Plexus on everey through line, exhaust and rideplate / pump bolts when I assembled my REV and still had water come out one of the ride plate bolts the first time I took the plate off. Not sure what the answer is so no sense it battling it. I know the ski weight the same 2 mos. after assembly as it did when assembled whithin a couple pounds so it really didnt matter. at least I know it will float for a minute.

You bring up a good point about the bolts. I think some Loctite 572 may be in order for my ride plate, pump, and intake grate bolts. That should hep seal them right up.
