i started this build a couple weeks ago and posted it on pwc...figured i'd post it here too. got a squarenose this past summer and 3 weeks into having it there was an..."incident"..that resulted in a huge hole in the side of my hull. so i picked up an empty hull out of nj and decided that instead of just switching hulls that i might as well.....SNOWBALL it into an entire re-build. basically the plan is to reshape and rocker the nose, rebuild the tray around the pump, reshape the sides of the tray, lower the hood, cut a bit from the back of the hull, and a bunch of little things along the way. i started by cutting the tray out and de-foaming it, then i cut the top of the nose off, and finally started making the cuts to rocker it yesterday.. if everything goes right this should be a completely different ski when i'm done with it. :fingersx:
