Pre-Daytona makeover: Need some advice on paint/front exhaust

615 Freeriders are addicted to T1 madness.
Crazy, everyone saying single stage. I have had 3 different paint jobs and use bb/cc on all w/ flex agent in paint and clear. My painter (a friend) keeps telling me I dont want single stage as it fades and is less durable unless you use an IMRON type ss and then it is hard and tough but doesnt flex as well. I know that base / clear is more forgiving if you mess up you can srape a drip off wet sand and done. But he doesnt mess up. Not a drip or defect in his paintwork. I would find a good painter and let him decide on what to use.
I prep mine using 220 then 320 dry and it comes out great.
Tried to put pics on here but I guess they are too big. Not this again. Thought Darin had that fixed. I have posted these same pics before.

i dont think the paint will fade before I get tired of the color...now, maybe if my ski's lived outside.....but since they are garaged, they really only see UV light once a week or so for a few hours.....
