I wouldn't think a truck bed camper would be considered an RV...?

might want to call and clarify - technically you are not storing it

but most rental companies do not allow any sort of RV at a rental property.

Alright my fellow jet skiers...I'm new to the group and I would like to meet everyone down in Port Aransas...I'm looking forward to it...I will be coming down with Chris LLoyd...Like I said, I'm new to jet skiing (at least on stand ups) so yall will have to take it easy on me!!!

Great. I saw you were asking about hotels in the other thread. There aren't any close ones. Best option would be to get another house close to the Spoonbill and find another couple of skiers to split it with. There are 4 couples in our house. If we had to re-organize to move a couple to your house to ease your rental costs we may be able to do that.

We found a place in Port A for September 12-13-14!! The houses available near Spoonbill (the closest was Casa Las Pamas) were more than we needed. So we ended up with a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo about a mile up the road from Spoonbill. Here is a link of the condo in relation to Spoonbill/ride location:

Both bedrooms are already full but there is a couch & room for an air mattress if anyone needs a spot. We are looking forward to riding with everyone!

Update To Rental

OK, sorry for the indecision but we found a house for the same amount as the condo we reserved. It's in the same neighborhood as Spoonbill-it's called Paradise Palms. It is four bedroom/4 bath with a full size futon on 3rd floor. We already have 3 bedrooms full & only need one more to be able to rent it. Is anyone looking for a place to stay Friday & Saturday the weekend of Sept 12-13-14? Here is a link to the house so you can check it out:

It's $265.00 for the weekend if we fill the 4 bedrooms-less if we also fill the full size futon on the 3rd floor (see pics in link.) Thanks for your assistance, Christian!!!

We rented the beach house instead of the condo for September 12-13-14 in Port A. It's right down the street from the other house, Spoonbill. Three bedrooms are full but we have another available & a 3rd floor room with full size futon. If you want to come up Friday & Saturday or just Saturday & need a place to stay let us know. We will be there all weekend!

Pretty sure the futon is still available at the "SA" house. Probably like $120 a night. I'm also gonna bring some air mattresses too, just in case even more people show up that need a place to crash.
