polishing exhaust pipe

to do it right you need to buy quite a few polishing wheels ($6 each) and compounds ($10 each). I would start with a 180 grit greaseless compound and then move to 240 grit. From there you will need to go through the polishing compounds. Go to www.caswellplating.com That's where I got all my stuff and it ended up being pretty expensive to get the full setup.

I just wet sanded mine and used mothers aluminum polish. I spent maybe 10 bucks and I did by hand in the hull. it will get water spots every time you ride though so be prepared. I am going to experiment with some waxes and such.
