How did water get to the engine?
Was it on the hose? In the water?

Is this carb recently rebuilt?
Checked the fuel lines and pulse lines for leaks?

ya i always hook it up to the hose when im gona fire it it usually fires right up even cold so i didnt think anything of it. so i took the plugs out and turn it over till no water was on my fingers anymore and put the plugs back in. but they came up wet again!

do you turn the water on first or the motor on first? if you had water sitting in your motor for that long it wont last much longer even if u get it running..

Did you smell your fingers? Are you sure it's water and not gas? I think the stuck needle and seat is a good thing to investigate....

no its for sure water cuz the plugs show it its water bubbles its not fuel i know that fur sure.

i took it apart today and the exhaust and exhaust manifold were filled with water. so i turned it over without the plugs til there wasnt water coming out BUT the compreshion in the back cylinder is low now it was b4 they were both 150 psi WTF!!

if its on pretty tight one of the things you could do is keep the plugs in the head, pull the wires off and hit the start button. that usally worked for mine. There is one thing to be said about a 650sx, you sure get your wrench time in. :smashfreakB:
