the lady I pulled in was deaf.... It was a challenge, because
she was going into shock pretty fast... She was crying bad
and kept putting her head down... I had to get her to
raise her chin up and stay strong... I signaled for her to
put her chest in my tray and I laid on top of her w/ my arms going under her armpits.. that way she wouldn't slide out the back of the tray....

I felt so sorry for them... they were so scared and confused...
I'm just glad we could help them...
