pivot bolt stuck....

I am in the process of replacing try to replace the bushings at the base of my stock pole, I got the nut off the pivot bolt but I can't get the pivot polt to turn or move, I tried to pound on it and torqe it with no luck I am missing something...any help is great.

Thanks..I will give it a shot, does the bolt spin out with threads in the base, or does it slide out once I get it moving?? Also, anyone know what type of rivits I should use to put the bumper and nose back on?? Steel, aluminum, other??

Aluminum rivets work well

fwiw, I was able to install my RRP with the front nose piece installed. I don't think you need to remove it.

I agree, I was able to change my bushings with it on. There are just two phillips head screws that need to be removed to allow for enough clearance.

I am adding new hood hooks as well, that is why the cover came off.
