Is that footage processed at all after or is that the way it comes out of the camera? I ask because the footage on the Hero HD site looks pretty impressive too but yet we as users can't seem to get the same clarity. I'm all for a good sales pitch but I'm getting tired of false advertising. I've owned 3 different generations of helmetcam now that have not lived up to their picture quality claims and am quite skeptical at this point.

Is this the same camera Mark Gomez was using on his black ski in the "Rise of the Tide" DVD?

this is supposedly the best cam there is, 220 films was telling me how its all he uses and none can compare. havent priced them out though.
the camera mark was using was a hd hero.

I've heard that the processing on a computer does something bad to the HD HERO footage IF YOU DO IT WRONG.(whatever that means I'm not sure)

I have the hero HD and the video is damn amazing dude. Plus I'm pretty sure that vholdr is standard quality.
