Alright...I will put more pictures up tonight.
Instead of filling in all the deep gouges on the bottom, I layed a sheet of glass over the center part, from the pump cavity to the nose.
I then put thickened epoxy on that to smooth out the glass a bit. Seems to work well.
The nose has been fixed, foamed beneath the bondline lip, and glassed over.
I glassed in reinforcments for the left backside yesterday plus some extra glass on the underside of the left gunwhale top.
That way, I can cut off the lip on top and extend the turf a little bit. That really helps the arms on a Square.
I have also sealed all potential leakers in the back with 5200, including the bondline.
the pump stuffer insert has been removed.
Whew....I got a lot more to do.
I hope to be sealing up the back and refoam by next week sometime.
