Is it me? Or are members "not" posting pics and vids as much as b4?
Has the site become "pro-only"?

Some of the best vids I've seen were from regular riders, just doing something different.
Remember the underwater vids of subs? The jersey guys rippin' it thru the marsh creeks?

It seems that the only posts lately have to be backflips and rolls in surf etc.....
Not bustin' on those vids, I love watching them.

I really like to see other "regular riders" vids as well.

I guess what I'm saying/asking is that ALL members post thier vids, regardless of riding style, flat or surf, or level of experience.

Don't feel "outclassed" by pro vids. There are more of us "regular" riders.

Yeah I've noticed that less vids are being posted also. I love the vids, I watch every one of them. The vids and the forums are what really sets an online formum apart from a magazine. I'm working on a few but its hard to get original.

Don't get me wrong.... I love aerial tricks. But I've gained a lot of respect for wave carvers in the last few years. I also have a lot of respect for guys that are trying things with stock motors,,,,,

This activity is not limited to those who can afford mag pumps and x-scream power. (I would love to have a mag pump and x-scream power)

You don't have to be extreme to post a vid. I've even posted a few fails.

I can honestly say it was x-h2o that single handedly that made me want to learn how to edit and make videos. It was the 'Regular Joe' videos that I always loved best. Me and the guys/girls I ride with dont do any crazy stunts but we always have a great time on our skis. I think thats what this whole thing is really about..

The flips and rolls are especially boring for us to watch too, since we see them constantly. The most coveted surf footage I have are the big wipeouts. When I have enough I'll post a bloopers vid. In the meantime I have a lot of trail riding footage from the Colorado river that I've been meaning to post, its all very original too, it just takes so friggen long to edit it.

But I must admit....I watch flips and rolls intensly.

But, as stated previously, I love the vids of riders just gettin' it where they live & ride. Like the vid a while back in the loosianna buyooo .......(i was gonna have some spelling issues, so..)

flightplandan love that vid well done to you for having a go. thats where most of us are at just trying to get it done weather its nose stabs rolls or flips whatever videos like that inspire me more than the pro ones (but i do really like those aswell ) i will be having a go at the flip this year if i can find some good surf

Good point though, about regular peeps posting more material...it always provides some kind of entertainment...

I agree, I like the pro stuff but I will never be there. Regular "Joes" riding in places I have never been is pretty cool.

A wipeout vid would be great!

that video was awesome! i probly watched it 5 times a day for like a month, it always made me want to go ride really bad, whitch is why i lost track of it over the winter, i couldnt afford to be wanting to ride that much.

GREAT POST, I totally agree Im a regualr rider and dam proud of it, only been riding for 3 years and every year ive lost weeks of riding because something breaks on it! but this year ive got a blaster as well so im going to ride ride ride, and every time with my go-pro, riding is for daylight and editing/posting videos is for when the sun is down, I love seeing pictures and videos with riders around my skill level, Watching riders with the 7k hulls with 7k motors is getting to be the same old, i just find myself wishing i would find 14k
I wish we had a gallery with pictures of ski and a video gallery the old one were mostly pictures of random stuff, would be sweet i can sit a look at pictures of skis all day!

Please note: This was not meant to be a "jab" at the tricksters and pros. The vids they post are always inspirational to me.
