What does the phrase below mean? Can I not use PP anymore? Hell I got like $200.00 in there, what do I do now?

This limmit thing has been on there since I started using PP about a year ago, it started out like $7500.00 and goes down everytime I send $$$$. I refuse to give them my bank account info so I just use my debit card when I purchase. Its a debit card, the only limmit there is how much I have in my account I would think??????? And I have a hell of alot more than $7 in my account I hope.

There might be a limit with a basic account they establish so you upgrade your account and pay more fees.

As an "unverified member", you probably get only $7500 worth of usage.

I certainly understand why you wouldn't give them your account number.

I have my paypal accounts linked to a single credit card (my first credit card that has a $1000 limit), and it is used only for online purchases. I also have my paypal linked to the savings account I set up when I was 15. The savings account has only the minimum $300 balance.

These accounts were pre-marriage and are at different banking institutions from our joint accounts.

This limits risk, which is acceptable for me in the unlikely event something happens.

I have mine linked to a debit card/checking account, that has the overdraft protection removed ( so if there is nothing there, the charge is DECLINED)

and I leave a small or ZERO balance in there, for instance, I paypalde SJETRIDER some money this morning, I simply logged into my bank account and transfered money into the empty paypal account, paid the dude, and the account is empty again.

I DONT TRUST paypal!

most debit/check cards have a daily transaction limit, i know mine is 2000 per day, but i have considerably more than that in the account

haha that crap got me a couple of times.
paypal will charge it even if it wont clear, then the bank ads $17 or whateveroverdraft..

I have had my checking account linked to my PP for over 5 years. No problems here. Zero hassle, and I have always had a positive experience. Except their damn fees all the time!

This is exactly where I am right now. I dont know what to do. I really dont want to create a bank account for PAYPAL only. I dont really want to give them my frigging bank acct. # either. I guess they get you started then screw you.

I am verified, thats why I use a dummy bank account, I was NOT giving them another credit card # ( which is what they try and get)

also, they will send you a check SJrider, it just takes like 700 days to 'process'
