looked at the holds closely... my toes are fit snug pretty good in the front, the top of my foot is loose by about 1/2" and anytime that my feet move around - my heel can come up and the top of my foot comes in contact with the "wing" (with no padding but 1 worn-out layer of turf) that sticks out on the top of the foothold.... also, my wrestling shoes do not have like any padding on the tongue which doesnt help things...
I tried putting on my shoe and sticking it in the hold and sticking pieces of turf and padding around spots... it seemed to help a little... not as much as I thought it would... a lot of that is prob. just because my foot is still bruised up...
