LOL, you should have just bought my SXR. It sounds like you are putting together almost the same pkg, but more up to date. I did mine in 06. I ran the RRP pole with mount and TBM -1 turn plate, 0 deg umi bars. You are on the right track for the most part, but you are wasting some money on a few items that are not going to do much besides bling factor. If you are riding flatwater, the most important thing is weight and footholds to start with. The wet pipe helped a little, but my biggest gains were from the ignition, 28cc head combo, and then the impeller from impros with the R&D pump cone, same as the TBM style. Stubby cone didn't do squat. I also added a bored venturi and steering nozzle at the same time. Huge bolt on improvement. I still have some parts left for sale if you are interested. flywheel froom TBM should be a good item also. Save you money on the internal fuel fill, rail caps, and all billet parts, they all weigh more than stock, and dont do a thing. Turf your rails, and if you end up running a scupper don't foam it in! I would talk with Art on the flow control valve with the jet already in the pipe. Water box may or may not help with power, I was never sure. oh yeah and D cut the ride plate, plus make it flush, it helps keep the nose up even more on the sxr.

I ordered the Trinity EVO Pro hull, so it has molded rails and I went with the OEM style drain system, then running either one 750 bilge or 2 500's.

Yea I got your PM, you still have the bilge setup??

Thanks, Daniel

Single best mod you can do! It will be a LOT faster and lighter and have footholds and a scupper! Good for you, bro.
