Today ski4 crushed his face while doing the biggest roll Cleveland has ever seen. When we got to the ramps, a ODNR officer approached Chris and then something along the lines of this happened.
He forced Chris to fill out an accident report and then questioned him on whether or not he would be seeking medical treatment. Chris, a registered nurse, said no. He then made Chris fill out a refusal for EMS form.
Not only do I want to know if he had any right to make someone fill out a report considering the injury (NOT A PWC ACCIDENT!!) took place out in Lake Erie and not in the park. I also want to know if he had the right to threaten Chris with a citation if he was to go to a hospital for treatment prior to filling out another form (Chris did'nt fill that one out because he told the guy 3 times that he was'nt going to a hospital.)
I guess its just my need to know. It just seemed weird to me and I can just see them using this type of stuff against us in PWC accident statistics.
