You're correct, two in Galveston, but for the Cherry Popper it was 2 or less I think.

rules:

1. no more than one flip completed in the surf or off wake in your lifetime.
2. 6 riders, 10 min. session
3. you must at the least nose it in and remain on the ski no inverted sub landing will count
4. over-rotated landings will count as completed flips. no let goes will count though. you must remain on the ski
