No surf through the weekend, heading out to the river. A little more swell due to hit Monday, probably ride then if any of you guys want to join me.

Do you Oceanside guys have a usual riding spot? Just moved from PA to Huntington Beach and brought my SJ with me, I'd be down to come down to the Oceanside area to do some riding when I get the ski registered etc.

Anyone here going to Havasu for the World Finals?

I am currently riding every Sunday that anyone else goes out because that is my only day off work. We always meet at the Oceanside harbor at 7am on the riding days then head out together to the spot. Most everyone else rides during the week or sat.

So yes, ill be at the harbor about 7 sun morn (as long as sat night isn't to crazy)

Curtis, you still down to go out Sunday or are you gonna wait till during the week

No go for me today, I couldnt get my truck fixed last night. talking to "marker motorsports" last night and he will still be out there this morning for anyone else wanting to ride.

I try and ride every weeknd. saturday was suuper fun. hit me up if you wana carpool down to oside on the weeknds. cant go to WF this year because of work but if i were you id just camp at crazy horse campground. did that last year and it was soo much fun

I still need to get the Ski registered/titled/whatever cali makes me go through to get this thing in the water, but if I can get it done in time and people are gonna be riding I'd go down to oside this weekend, or next weekend for sure.

Actually, any help from you current CA guys would be a huge help before I call the DMV and attempt to figure out how to make the ski legal. I bough the ski about 1.5 years ago as a hull only and built if from there, it's a 1990 SJ and I don't have a title, or bill of sale from the previous owner - I never transferred/registered the ski while I was in PA (only rode on private waters) - SO now I need to figure out how to transfer a 1990 SJ that I purchased 1.5 years ago in PA, and never transferred/titled... and I don't have a bill of sale/title?

I was just there this morning. My bro inlaw and i went. Second time in ocean. I was riding a 750 sx black with purple pole pad. He was on a 98 750 sxi stock colors. Surf is suppose to be that big on Thur. What site u check it at

wes k, when you all healed, surf was small but pretty fun today. Swell is growing. John said he was riding early this week too.

LS1- I just went through a similar problem. If you know the old owners name, just write up a bill of sale. At leasts that what I did. I had to jump through a few hoops, but it worked out. If you have the old owners contact info, it would be super easy. If not, you need to know the name at least.

i had my pink slip lost. and told the dmv and got a new pink for it, cause no one reported the ski stolen. i purchased from a buddy who lost the pink.... it only took one trip to dmv but printed the lost or do not have pink from dmv.com.

I get my stitches out tomorrow morning.. but I am Sorry to say... cant ride until Saturday... first day of school is on Wed!

But I will be at Oceanside for an NSSA contest so I will for sure be riding! Gotta get ready for surf slam!
