I did a search but couldnt find any info on these mounts, do you remember what thread you read about them? Thanks in advance

you dont happen to know if they work well or not? tring to figure out if i should get them for front footstraps or just screw the straps into the tray?

don't screw directly into the tray... especially don't if you don't have rear tray drains.

those should work or just get stainless t-nuts and epoxy/glass them in.
