You should of been there when I mixed up my first batch of foam. measure, mix, stir like a sombitch for 30 seconds then pour........ nothing.....nothing.........nothing. Im thinking, when does the volcano reaction start to kick in?
Then I got it down pat. measure, mix stir for one minute watching the second hand on the wall clock, then pour. Im still wondering, where is the 15 X expansion? I dont see it.
None the less Im pretty sure there are no voids in my pours, as Moonunit and I tilted, rotated and moved that ski in every direction to work all the voids out.
Moonie's going to get to do the motor install :headbang: and detail electrical work while Im finishing up glassing the top of the tray.

Moonunit did a good job sanding down the foam nice and even so the top piece can be glassed in.
Wondering if I should glass in a piece of mat over the whole foam right before I glass in the top piece in? Would that help or is it not needed??
