No thanks to the "snapper" - homey don't fish that way.

Just ate the catch - pretty tasty. Need to find another recipe for the other two in the freezer.

Back on topic-will probably work on ski tomorrow. Took advantage of the nice weather & did more house demolition/remodeling today.

That does sound yummy. I can't say that I've ever had flounder. How does it compare to other fish, flavor wise?

Oh, and for what it's worth, my favorite marinade for grilled fish (and I've used this for salmon {really good this way}, tilapia, and sea bass) is 1/2 and 1/2 real maple syrup and good soy sauce. I use about 1/4 cup of each for 2 good size salmon fillets. Put the fish flesh side down in the marinade (if skin on and using a dish) or just put fish and most of the marinade in a zipbag and leave in fridge for 10-30 minutes, then grill. Use any reserved marinade to drizzle over fish while grilling. Very simple and very yummy.

THanks, werd on the street is I will prolly be throwing one of my 61X stroker big bore motors in this ski so I can rock it at Daytona.

Im not sure if my ski will be fixed by then.
