If the stator is good and you've reinstalled it, cranked down those screws and restarted and you still have no spark i'd replace the CDI with a known working one and also make sure you have enough copper coming out of your coil leads to the boots by pulling them off. Sometimes the leads pull back. I think there's a test you can do with the coil to make sure voltage is going thru it while you're cranking the motor on the link I wrote before. I have had similiar issues and needed to replace the CDI. You may want to find a clean ebox on here you can buy and just start swapping parts. Try disconnecting the stop start switch also, those can go bad, that's the black and white wire going into the ebox.
