Newbie 701 Build Questions

I have poked around a bit and saw the "new SJ build" posts. heres what i have and what i want to do...

i have an 07 SJ. I can get dealer pricing on all the stuff from Riva Racing and i have about $3500 to spend. While trying to match low-end performance with Reliability, and keeping in mind budget, how should i proceed?

i know it was the first post in FAQ. i mentioned that i had read it. keep in mind also, that i can get pretty much 1/2 off stuff i order thru Riva.

was looking to see if others agreed with the stuff in that stickey too =)

sorry, didn't mean to be a smartass... you mentioned reading a "new SJ build", which isn't the same title as "first mod to your new superjet", so I hadn't thought you read it....

alot of that material is very good in that thread...

are you looking to spend your money on just engine parts, or parts for the whole ski?

well mostly enjine mods and stuff to get more low end, im mostly gonna use the ski for wake jumping. (my buddy has a new x-star that tosses a beautiful wake) im going to hold off till the winter to do the glass work for the foot holds, but im pretty good with glass work and was thinging instead of putting in footholds that im going to kinda spoon out the whole inside of the tray so i can slip my foot in anywhere in the hull, and keep it constant instead of 2 small footholds.
