Super Jet new to sn ?

so last night i picked up a pretty clean 93 sn, it dosnt want to get on plane very fast compared to my 550sx. It has a blaster trim on it as well as the blaster pump *cone maybe i dont really know what its all called* , so my ? is should i put back on the stock sj pump and nozzle

Are you trimming up or down or leaving it in neutral? These two things don't seem to relate, you could be having engine or pump issues.

i dont mess with the trim, it works great when on plane tho. so i think its the whole setup nozzle and cone impeller? it came with stock so ill swap that over tomorrow is it a pita to do?
