New Orleans Freeride?

I know we were already talking about it in the other post. But I just wanted to start a new thread to see what kinda response I get.

So lets hear it. Who would be up for a Big Easy Freeride?

Should we try to have one before the end of the summer or just wait to next year?

look down in the forum list at the list of 2007 Freeride Tour dates - having anything scheduled this summer is pretty tight.

This is true. I was thinking maybe a week before or after one of the rides thats way up north. You know for the people down south. That can not make it all the way up north. Just a thought I dont want to step on any toes.

A Freeride here would be a great thing for the city. There are still dumb ass people who think there are dead bodies floating in the lake. We would be able to get it on the news as a rebuilding story. They would give it a lot of attention for sure. We have a spot where its a good sized private beach to park/launch. We are looking into what it would take to rent it out for just us for the w/e for a freeride event.
