Needle and Seat sticking

Any of you having issues with your needle and seats sticking??? I have 3 cases now with less than 1 year crab rebuilds which I put NEW Needle and Seats that have stuck together to the point you have to use pliers to pull them apart.

Input anyone???

What oil are you running? I have never had this problem.

koltz techlube 1 ski premix other 2 stock with oil injection.

only thing i can think of is MA is now runing ethanol in our gas!!!!!

Thats f'd up (pull them out w/ pliers) WOW never seen that. But I am primarily in freshwater?????

look at the pumps... ours down here in jersey now say fuel contains 10% ethanol

ours are also 10%, wonder if that is the cause.

My Harley use to do this if it would sit for a real long time, I just thought it was because it was a piece of crap Harley.

You can't change the gas so switch oils.

Monitor as needed.
