Need help with carb Sync

A couple of weeks ago my superjet started idling erratically and had a run away. I took the carbs off and found the idling screw with spring and washer missing that is between the cylinders in the middle. I always use a wet vac after riding so needless to say the three parts are gone. I have ordered and replaced the center idling screw, washer and spring and now I am battling to get the carbs synced. Idling is very rough as though the two cylinders are not firing at the same rate or one is dragging the other. Once I get past idling she runs like a beast so no problem there.

SuperJet is a 2012 with OEM Carbs

Three things are involved in syncing the carbs.

1. Center Idling screw (Middle between the cylinders) This is the one I replaced
2. Right hand Side idling screw (Next to the front Cylinder)
3. Synchronization screw (Between the two Cylinders)

How do I go about syncing with the synchronizing screw and making sure that each idling screw has been turned in enough so that the two cylinders idle at exactly the same rate.

I do not have a snail synchronizer bit might be able to get a tube synchronizer.

Thanks in advance for the Help.

I've always taken the F/A off and visually synced the carbs. I start with the main idle disengaged, sync them, then start it and slow engage the idle again.

You want to get some sort of measuring device to do it properly?

I think you misunderstood, I start by disengaging the idle screw where the throttle cable connects to the carbs. By disengaging it the carbs close which I found easier to sync them visually. Screwing in both M5 screws until they look identical isn't to difficult, just make they're properly illuminated to make sure there is no shadow. I just stuck a flashlight on top and it took me about 2 minutes. It helps with the carbs on the work bench rather than in the ski.

Ahhh the SK snail type sync meter. I have one too, great little tool and very affordable just make sure to get the German made version. The China built knockoffs are questionable at best on all levels.
