Chopper gun layup.
PVC pipe for exhaust
Rubber tube for cooling lines.

Starting to see why Waterdawg sells these things so cheap. I guess you really do get what you pay for! Looking at the internals of the X-Jet or REV (or what ever you call them these days) is nowhere close to some of the other aftermarket hulls I have seen.

If I were jeff I would ask you to remove those picture. They are not good for marketing the Ski!

Here is what I would expect the inside to look like.

These pics on post 100 turn me on. Is that wrong?

Wouldnt it be great if someone would come out with a 70lb boat w/hood that would take surf abuse for a price around 6-7k

Ahem....I have no dog in any race, but WDK builds pre-preg rev hulls that weigh 70lbs with hood for 7.5k.
It's a kevlar honeycomb core, so it should be plenty strong.

I never thought they were. That was pretty funny though. Tim I thought you used your footstraps. I cant see you of all people saying they were there for looks. You were joking right?
I said they were for looks because I hadn't learned to roll by then. I still havn't rolled my blaster but that will change in january.

No one is even in the same playing field as Norbert, his hulls are Ferraris. Waterdawg has a long way to go to compete with him in the composite side of the industry.

Jeff does a prepreg hull, while Norbert does a wet layup... Pre-preg is considered to be the most advanced and expensive (as far as I know)... I personally love the Light-Weight and think it is a Ferarri, but at the same time it cost as much as one too... I think Waterdawg is the best bang for the buck.. It's less than half the price of a Light -Weight and is built to very high standards... The proof is in the zillion people that saw it at the WF and were completely floored (i wasn't there, just an observation)...
