im doing a buddies 08 sxr .. puttin in holds and turf
what a gay design!! damn exhaust pipe hits footwell had to hack the ******** outta it!! and turfing is gonan be fun, i love radius!!

Igot the 24/7's when i did mine, no exhaust problem, foothold had a notch in it for the pipe, the turf isnt as bad as you think with that radius stuff Its all about taking your time.

as far as the porting goes I can give you an update as soon as the ice F'ing melts.... Dan FItzgerald is freeride porting my SXR cylinder right now... I'll be running that with a wetpipe, 29 cc R & D head, 81 mm nozzle and new stealh Intake grate.......... He does good work and I will recommend him all day.

what compression are you getting out your r&d head with 29cc domes . ive just put one on engine and im only getting 170 psi . is this about right

My wonderful blowsion trim cable failed me today, i was moving it around and trying to get it into my bracket and something happened on the inside and now its not good......anyone have any suggestions for ones there running?

Just got my new rings and base gasket and ada head put on, looks great, i'll try to get some pictures up, my camera hasn't been working latly. I also turfed my try yesterday and cut open my hood, what a difference. Now im just waiting for my driveshaft.

Was over wnb 800's house last night putting together his ski with the motor and new wet pipe and waterbox, it sounds great i cant wait to fire mine up.

i can attest to that.. the thing sounds throaty as hell. Just have to adjust the idle so it doesnt wanna blow next time i start it

im kickin around mikes idea of welding a 45 on the exhaust pipe and putting it out the back side.. not much for weight but it would look badass

yo Cale just weighed my fat hood and surprisingly it only weighs 24lbs with out the 2lb fire extinguisher.. I always thought it was gonna be closer to 32 or so. Now in retrospect i feel like a big puss for struggling with it....
