a 701 would give you the power of a superjet. A superjet has snappy power where a 750 kawi has a slow build up of power and little to no bottom end punch.

The Kawi start/stop button could probably be made to work, but it'd be easier to find a Yamaha switch. You'd need a conversion bedplate to mount the engine (or glass the Yamaha mounts in), and a Kawi-style driveshaft coupler to replace the original Yamaha driveline coupler that's on the back side of the engine. UMI sells one.

It might be too much trouble for a new rider to worry about...

the small pin produces better bottom end due to lower port timing, the big pin is stronger up top.

the small pin can be built up to a 850 easily

just run the kawy and keep your eye out for a limited b pipe from a blaster or a sxr wet pipe for it

I second that, but if you do want to do it I have a bed plate.

Welcome to the darkside finally, Pwgsx is new to standups but nowhere near new to riding PWC's. rip that 951 out of your Doo and jam that in there!

I have an 06 SXR I'm going to be selling soon if your interested. :)

Sounds like fun. I also have a rxp and after riding that for a few weeks and then I got back on the gsx, it makes it seem like a dirtbike.

I finally found a 750 motor, it should be here next wed., I better work on the bottom of the ski now since I can flip it easily.

ok, I need some help again. The owner before me must have spliced the spark plug wires together and its a crap job. Where Can I get 2 replacement wires and caps and all or do I have to replace the whole unit thats in the E box??

Also, what kind of flywheel puller is needed to pull this dam thing off?? My buddy gave me his that he said workd on his ski but you need 3 threaded holes but mine is solid. Can I juse the claw type that a auto store sells??

the bolt out of the center of my puller was a perfect fit to pull the 750 fly. just thread the bolt in to the fly and crank down tap w/ a hammer and off she'll go

yes you can see the rods sticking off of it. out of the motor it will be harder to torque that sucker off.
