In the midst of our Creekride layed over wide open in a turn the wrist pin bearing let loose and locked the motor. Well I flopped like a fish outa water up into the marsh. Just sucks. Thanks to the guys that tonight will flop a new motor into the SJ to ride the rest of the weekend

well that sux! But look at it like this
I'm on vacation and haven't even been able to go outside due to this stupid tropical storm

After a couple hours and some beer my SJ is now sporting an almost stock 61x motor but atleast it's something to ride for the weekend

I'm about to be doing the same exact thing. I grenaded my 62t/61x motor the same way. wrist pin bearing let loose.

I'm on the lookout for a couch with a 61x motor to rob and put my b pipe, head, and 62t electronics on. It will be cheap enough to get my fixed steer up and running again.


At least my 865 still runs!!!

I had a ported 701 that was my original SJ motor in the fixed steer. Might build a 771 jetworks motor for it this winter. I need a baby stocker like that to get through the rest of the season though lol.
