Yes I just got home after spending 3 hours in the Emergency Room. I got 12 staples in the back of my head. The day started good wasen't in a hurry to get anywhere. Took the wife and son shopping for a few hours then got the skis ready. We got to the river and the parking lot was crowded ad usual. Got unloaded and headed out to see what we could find. Stopped every so often to play around, 360's, tailstands, whatever. Did some wake jumping and learned its really hard to do a fire hose on a 94' XP but I did a little one, went about 5-6 ft. Then I learned the proper way to spin around backwards while riding. Rode backwards for a lap then spun around forward, then backwards again till I got used to the feeling of switching places. Here is where it takes a turn for the worst. As I'm jacking around I come off and hit might right bicep and the back of my head on the rear of my ski.:splatt: I never blacked out. I get out of the water and my shoulder is killing me and I've got a slight pain on the back of my head. I reach to rub it and there is a 1/4" groove about three and a half inches long. My hand was covered in blood. My shirt was soaked by the time I had gotten back to the dock. When I finally decide to go to the hospital ever body in town is there. Two and a half wait to see the Dr. I wind up with 12 yes 12 staples and I had to get a tetnis shot in the rump!!! But luckly the nurse felt sorry for me and gave me the shot in my right arm that doesn't have an 8" bruse on it like my right arm does. If anybody wants to see pics of my head let me know and I'll post em up.

Everybody out there PLEASE be careful, this could have been a whole lot worse for me. And I wouldn't want anybody else to go through this. Be safe.
