My ADA girdle head is eating my dry pipe!!

SO i got my ADA girdle head and dry pipe in the other day. Ran great but started to run crappy towards the end of being out, figured it was the low fuel, fouled plugs from the fogging oil. Changed the plugs had it out today and it was having the same problems, felt like it was loading up. Pulled the motor cover to see that there was water running down the head from the dry pipe. Took a closer look to see that the wing that the stud goes to on the girdle kit had worn a hole through my dry pipe and water was sparying out everywhere.

My question is has anyone had this problem and is anyone running the ADA girdle head with the dry pipe that can offer any advise. I am taking my pipe out tomororw and hopfully having it fixed ASAP but i dont want to have the same problem with the wing of the girdle head wearing through the dry pipe. I know i can pound the chamber in becasue its just the water jacket but is there a better fix?

I would check this with the racers on pwc....not too many running dry pipes over here.

are you sure you have the brackets in the right spots? I think they are front and rear only. are you saying it hits the bracket that holds the rubber mount or is it hitting the head?

Ran Type 4 dry pipe for 4 years never had a problem, that would be 4 years of surf so i was pretty rough on it. Do you have all the hardware?

Its hitting the corner of the ADA head.

It is still in my ski, it rained today and my ski is on my ramp at my dock, if it clears up i iwll take some pictures.

I checked everything with the pictures from Factory pipe. I thgought the bracket was on worng, the lord mount in the front but i checked it with the picture on the FPP website and i have it right. I will try and get some pic's up tonight.

I was told over on PWCToday to dent the pipe and grind some material from the head.
