i dont know how groove would look on my siderails and bumpers tho :s

Groove looks just as good as Diamond if you do it right.

I'm a fan of molded Diamond....the cut just doesnt look natural and blending to me.

Give HT a call and tell to hook ya up

ok and whats the deal with the "thick" hydroturf? i cant find it anywere on the site... what are the benifits to using this thicker turf? is it any more expensive?

Maine -

Sorry for the delay in this post -- I hadn't logged on in a few days. The difference is the CUT Groove we do in house & machine the grooves into the material (taking away from the material) the MOLDED Groove (striaght or diamond) is actually formed that way so we are not taking away any of the material. I have heard the MOLDED Diamond Groove is VERY easy to work with .

The thick underpad is not on the site because it is still being R & D -- (speaking of which I haven't heard much from any of you guys testing that for me???)

Hope that helps - if you need anything else reply to this post or shoot me a PM or shoot me an email: laurel@hydroturf.com

I used the polaris sheets. They seam to be fine, the imperfections are very minor. They will cut you a deal on two sheets for like $40 , then you will have plenty to cut around any imperfections and plenty left over for turfing the rails or other projects. The sheets I got, the imperfections were hardly noticable and on the edges, so one sheet would have done the tray and footholds.Im using the other sheet to do the rails and pad

I fear a stupid question but how the heck do you order form hydroturf.com?
They have all pictures and prices and no apparent way to place an order.

PM HT VIXEN to order. Or call her (laurel) or Mike 714-635-6350.

The 25mm (almost an inch) padding is awsome!!! I really can't say enough about it! It's what should have been there all along. I compare it to the invention of footholds:hail:

It in no way has any negative effect on the rider or the ski....at least that I have seen
