More winter riding & snow shoveling

you get some water down the back of your neck with a sub in a dry. wish i could find someone that would still go out here. i have all the gear to say warm(sort of warm lol) cant go buy myself. oh well waiting for daytona!!!!

Keep in mind that if it were uncomfortable, we wouldn't be doing it.
Proper gear makes all the difference.

the freezing cold water still does hit your face...which isn't so bad. my weakness is the wind in conjunction with the water. a trick to help is cover your face in vaseline...it breaks the wind (although you'll prob get some zits after lol)

i surfed in the winter a couple of times in a 5-4-3 wetsuit (one of the times it was snowing...that was cool). i felt wayyy to restricted in the wetsuit though, by the time i paddled past the break i was absolutely drained. two or three waves of riding and i was completely exhausted.

thats not to say that i wouldn't try jetskiing in a drysuit...just don't have one.
