Missing Hydroturf Banners

Nick is missing Hydroturf's banners. They will cost him $100 bucks each if they are not returned.

I understand that at Motocross races they give these away, but Nick is responsible for them. If you know who has them or you have them please contact Nick or Myself and we will make sure they get back to Hydroturf.

anyone that has one should just send it to nick. i thought they just got thrown away after the event just like at the races. but he cought me snaggin one and was totally cool about it askin for it back. he really puts on a good show for everyone and it would be a shame for him to lose money doing it, or worse not putting on the event period. if you got one cough it up do the right thing.

I never received the Red Bull buoy back from whoever stole it at the SSF. My guess is the thief wont return these either. Some people just flat out suck.

Please do not turn this around on HT. Banners are very expensive to make and they can not afford to buy new ones every Freeride. I completely understand that. I recieved and returned the banners last year w/ no problems, so I did not think people would steal them.

Just send them to me or HT w/ no return address.

Whoever you are that took them, man up and send them back or you will be stealing from the Jr/ lifeguards.

I hope you guys will notify me if you saw anything... I really can't imagine no one saw this happen....

I would like my Freeride banners that were stolen and my Skat Trak banners that were stolen too...

I caught a few in the act, but couln't catch everyone... This kinda stuff pisses me off... I try to set up a nice event and you people steal from me... ********ing lame!!!!

I wouldn't... Maybe they need a NJ Mafia Clinic ! How to eat sand.... and swallow... F-d up ! Nick I hope you get your stuff back.. If not, I know everyone here that Gives a shiot will send you $$.
this should not even be a subject or thread.. Whoever did this... Send it back... Not cool !

most of the companies sell the banners. so if you were in daytona you could obviously afford to buy one instead of being a prick and stealing them.

and Pete i think they would look good in a pair of concrete loafers :)

I'm not sure.... I am sure someone saw the thief steal the banners though...

someone knows the story and is not saying anything.... They will slip up and take a pic of their ski w/ it in the background... They won't be able to use it, so they might as well return it.

It would never occurr to me that these weren't givaways. At all the motorcycle\car\boat events I have been to, They were always available the last day of the event. I bet someone thought they were OK in grabbing it.

Hopefully they will see this and return them, but it's still cheap of the vendors to expect you to pay for advertisement for them.

they were gone saturday... so that theory is out the window.
also, when something is fastened to a railing at an event that really does not scream take me.

The banners at races are not thrown away, I have been using the same banner when setting up at Surf and Turf races for years, Yes, we get some new ones from time to time also.......

We sent back all of the Hydroturf banners from the Southern Fried Freeride. They are expensive.

Nick, had a great time in Daytona as usual. I hope you get your banners back, if not post up a price and I will pitch in. Sure most of the wavejunkie crew would be willing to do so. Once again thanks for such a great event:woot:

Let me clear something up here. Hydro Turf is a great company that gives a ton to this sport.... Probably more than any company I can think of. They send the banners to events year round...

I accepted the banners knowing if they were stolen that I would replace them. They are 100% off the hook. I have no problem paying for them. So please don't be upset w/ Hydro Turf. They are doing what they need to do to run a good buisness.

The individuals who stole them are at fault, Hydro Turf is a victim here too... I know as a fact it costs about $300 per banner...
